I have been training since the age of 13 years old I was always one of the smallest kids in school. I started working out because I was addicted to WWE and always wanted to be as big as Brock Lesnar or John Cena 🤣 I would purchase all the flex magazines that came out and would learn how to eat and train to grow. By the time I left school I was 100kg and pretty jacked for an 18 year old I then got caught up in the bouncing and debt collecting industry in South Africa where I realized I needed to actually learn how to fight to defend myself 😅 I started doing MMA which I continued to do for the duration of my time in South Africa By age 21 I was 120kg and could bench press 200kg. I decided to pursue the mining industry and moved to a remote mine town in SA without distractions I could focus more on my training. I would later win 7 out of 10 Strong Man comps and qualified for Nationals. I pulled out due to a hernia. I was still in the hospital bed and committed to my first bodybuilding show in exactly 12 weeks' time. Unable to train properly I fully dialed into my nutrition and came out shredded with barely limiting close to 70% of my usual loads. I won the Overall title and this created the spark to chase the size game and try my hardest to reach "freak status". I would immigrate a year later to New Zealand. I've won regional shows in NZ and placed 2nd at Nationals in the Super Heavyweight division Since 2019 I've took a step back from competing as I enjoy spending time with my family. I have 2 boys who I co parent with. My partner Amy and myself recently had a baby so life is busy and beautiful 😁 Juggling all aspects of life has been a challenge but definitely been nailing it pretty well overall as I continue to make progress in the gym. I still want to compete in Bodybuilding, Strongman and MMA so 2024 is going to be a very exciting year and looking forward to working with you guys to reach your goals My PBs currently are Bench press 230kg/507lbs deadlift 320kg/704lbs Squat 260kg/572lbs
